Dowa comes from the Korean word dowajo which means "help".

Community programs, sometimes called Peer programs, are led by people with "lived experience". These programs provide access to critical resources and services in supportive environments to improve the health and well-being of a specific population group. For Dowa, that group is moms.

Unfortunately, we do not have any programming during weekends and holidays. As we are all parents, it is important for all of us to take time to reset and be with our families.
