Dowa comes from the Korean word "dowajo", which means “help”. It is pronounced doe-ah.

Dowa has a Free Membership that gives members access to all Reflections content for free. Free Members also have access to join Events and pay-as-you-go. Dowa Premium members have full access to all content and can join any event at no extra cost as part of their subscription. If you choose to upgrade, Premium membership is an annual subscription.

We do not have a trial period at this time.

Dowa’s mobile app is for Premium members only. If you are a Premium member and unable to login, please double check the email you purchased your subscription with. If you still cannot login, please contact us at help@dowahealth.com

Yes, your premium subscription auto-renews. To turn auto-renew off, you can cancel your subscription and it will end 1 year from your purchase date. Please review our cancellation policy for more information.

At this time, all Dowa subscriptions and payments are managed on the web platform only.
