Mental Health Support with Peer Specialist

Peer Specialists are moms who have been trained to support others, and are in recovery after struggling with their own mental health. They have a unique understanding of what you are going through and will work with you to find the skills, support, and resources to get through this difficult time.

Mama & Family Support with Postpartum Doula

Postpartum care for moms is essential for long term recovery. After childbirth, many focus on the baby and forget about the mom (including the mom herself). Postpartum Doulas support the whole family by focusing on the mother. They help with newborn care, breastfeeding, bonding, and more. They provide emotional support along with strategies to assimilate to a new family dynamic, navigate relationships, and return to work.

Baby Support with Newborn Care Specialist

Most parents know very little about newborn care or they just simply forget. Newborns change quickly and it can be tough trying to remember what to expect week by week and how to handle all of the changes, especially when you feel like you just got the hang of it. Newborn Care Specialists specialize in all of the ins and outs of caring for a newborn, week by week, and helping them thrive.

Sleep Conditioning with Newborn Care Specialist or Postpartum Doula

Sleep conditioning is laying the foundation for a newborn to be able to sleep through the night when they are ready. Postpartum Doulas and Newborn Care Specialists work with families to understand sleep cues and patterns while setting up a baseline for parents to build upon as the baby gets older.
